Because every image is processed entirely on your own device, we have no visibility into how the tool is being used and no account system to look up — so most account or usage questions wouldn't have anything for us to check on our end anyway. If something isn't working, trying a different browser or a smaller/clearer image is often the fastest fix; see the FAQ for common questions about accuracy, supported formats, and languages.
