Using this site
Image to Text is provided free of charge, without an account, for extracting text from images you upload. By using it, you agree to use it only for images you have the right to process, and not for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty on accuracy
Text extraction (OCR) is provided "as is." Accuracy depends heavily on the quality of the source image, and results — especially from low-resolution, blurry, angled, or handwritten images — may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any extracted text before relying on it for any purpose.
No data collection from your images
As described in our Privacy Policy, all image processing happens locally in your browser. We do not receive, store, or have any way to access the images you convert or the text produced from them.
Availability
We aim to keep this tool available and free, but make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features at any time.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
